At Pullman Hyde Park, professionals from across Australia’s energy sector will gather to explore leadership, career development and the changing workforce demands of the energy transition. Now in its third year, the event has established itself as a professional development forum for women working across electricity, renewable energy, transmission, distribution, storage and broader energy infrastructure. The summit is designed to support professionals at all stages of leadership, from emerging talent through to senior decision-makers responsible for delivering Australia’s evolving energy system. Across two conference days, delegates will hear from industry leaders, participate in interactive discussions and expand their professional networks while examining the commercial, technical and leadership challenges shaping the sector. The 2026 program will focus on developing the skills increasingly required across Australia’s energy industry, including strategic leadership, project delivery, negotiation, commercial decision-making and organisational influence. Sessions will also examine broader industry trends, including energy market reform, customer expectations, workforce capability and the opportunities emerging from Australia’s accelerating energy transition. Alongside keynote presentations, the summit will feature panel discussions, roundtable sessions and networking opportunities designed to encourage knowledge sharing between professionals working across the energy value chain. This year’s confirmed speakers include: Anna Collyer, Chair of the Australian Energy Market Commission; Nicola Falcon, Executive General Manager at the Australian Energy Market Operator; Danny Cooper, Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour Energy; Laura Caspari, Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE; Fiona Schutt, Chief Operations Officer at the Clean Energy Council; and Renée Anderson, Acting Chief Executive Officer at TasNetworks. The event is expected to attract representatives from distribution networks, developers, government agencies, engineers, and infrastructure providers, and more.
