Nucleus Software Names Banking Tech Veteran Bhavit Godiwala as CCSO
Nucleus Software has appointed Bhavit Godiwala as Chief Customer Success Officer to lead its global customer success organization and support banks' digital transformation initiatives
Nucleus Software has appointed Bhavit Godiwala as its Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), bringing nearly three decades of banking technology and digital transformation experience to the role. Nucleus Software provides lending and transaction banking products to more than 200 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries. Based in Noida, the company said Godiwala will lead its global Customer Success organization, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, improving delivery excellence, accelerating value realization, and helping financial institutions navigate increasingly digital and AI-driven operating environments. The appointment comes as banks and financial institutions globally increase investments in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud adoption, digital lending platforms, transaction banking modernization, and intelligent customer experiences. Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Godiwala held leadership roles at Centelon Group, Intellect Design Arena, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys Finacle. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale banking transformation programs across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Latin America, covering areas such as core banking modernization, digital banking, payments, transaction banking, and cloud-based platforms. Commenting on the appointment, Parag Bhise, CEO and Executive Director of Nucleus Software, said financial institutions are increasingly prioritizing agility, execution excellence, and customer success as they modernize their technology environments. He added that Godiwala's experience in banking transformation and customer-centric leadership aligns with the company's strategy of delivering long-term business value to customers. As CCSO, Godiwala will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to strengthen governance, improve strategic engagement, and drive adoption of Nucleus Software's flagship lending platform, FinnOne Neo.
