In this role, you will:Advise clients onBelgian and cross-border financing transactions. Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation and security packages. Support transactions involvingleveraged finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance. Participate in matters related to infrastructure finance, structured finance, securitisation and debt capital markets. Coordinate transaction processes, closings and conditions precedent with local and international teams. Conduct legal research and provide strategic support on complex financing structures and debt restructurings. We are looking for a candidate who:Holds aBelgian Master’s degree in Lawwith a strong academic background. Has between1 to 2 years of experience in Banking & Financewithin a leading international or Belgian law firm. Has strong analytical and drafting skills, with a genuine interest in complex financing matters. AnLL. M. and/or additional business educationwould be considered an asset. Is fluent inEnglish and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
